Delivery and Returns
Prints are all printed to order. Please allow up to 7 days before dispatch. If dispatch takes longer I will let you know
about it via an email.
All other products will be shipped within 2 working days. Any items ordered on a Friday will be posted on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Standard delivery- within the EU
Delivery within the EU will take between 7 and 10 working days. (Delivery times may vary)
If outside the E.U it will take longer for your parcel to arrive usually between 10-20 days. (Delivery times may vary).In rare circumstances items may be held by Customs for up to 6 weeks.I can not be held responsible for this delay. You may be charged a customs fee, depending on your own country’s laws. Please get in contact with your local customs office for information on any fees.
All items will be send via Deutsche Post Standard delivery. If you need an express or tracked delivery please get in contact via email@example.com. This will incur extra postage costs.
Out of stock
If you can see an item is out of stock, please drop me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to be notified when it becomes available again.
Please contact me if you are unhappy with your order. I will try my best to resolve the issue for you.
My returns policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, after this time period I can not offer a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. To complete a return a I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Faulty or damaged goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged I am sorry. If this is the case please get in contact with as much information about the fault or damage. I will be in touch to discuss what to do next.
Once I have received your returned items you will receive a confirmation via email. I will also email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any agreed refund will be made to the original account or card on which you made the purchase within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are sending an item worth over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. I can not accept responsibility for non delivery of returned items.
